Q. What services and products to you provide?
A. Sanders Pro offers a wide range of products for any games
room. We specialize in pool tables and accessories, air hockey,
foosball, ping-pong, dart supplies, trophies and custom bars.
We also provide labour services for pool tables including
dismantling, moving, and recovering tables. Our London location
has a wide selection of bowling equipment as well.

Q. Why are there no prices for your pool tables on your website?
A. Brunswick Billiards encourage their Brunswick dealers to
use the website as an information tool for their tables. If
a dealer wants to display the price they should use the Manufacturer
Suggested Retail Price (MSRP). We have decided not to show
this price since our retail prices are lower then the suggested
retail price. If you would like to know what our store sells
a particular table at please contact sanderspro@rogers.com
or visit our showrooms.

On-Line Ordering:
Q. How secure is my credit information and personal information?
A. Our site is secured with SSL encryption providing you with
complete and total privacy and security, so you can shop with
confidence. All personal information provided is used only
to process your order.

Q. Do you ship outside of Canada?
A. We are currently shipping to customers in Canada only.

Q. How will I know when my order has been received/processed?
A. When you place an order at sanderspro.com, you will receive
an email confirmation that you may keep for your records as
proof of purchase. Once the order has been shipped you will
receive another email to notify you of the tracking number
so you may follow your shipment during its journey to you.

Q. How long will it take to receive my order?
A. Upon receiving your order,
it is usually processed within 24 hours and shipped out at
that time. All orders will be shipped Expedited Parcel
by Canada Post. Expedited Parcel delivers
the next business day locally, 1 to 3 business days regionally,
and 2 to 7 business days nationally between major Canadian
centres.

Q. What happens if my product is out of stock?
A. We will notify you by email if any items are backordered.


Q. Why are some items not available on-line?
A. Due to the size and weight
of some of the products we offer, there is a potential for
product damage. This includes all games tables and lights.
These items are best to be picked up directly at the store.

Q. What if my item arrives damaged?
A. Your shipment should be checked
upon receipt. Any damaged products should be reported immediately
and no later than 7 days from receipt. Damaged good will be
replaced with a like item, upon return of the original product.

A. All our products are covered by their respective manufacturer's
warranties. Please contact us for specific warranty information
on any particular product. If you are not completely satisfied
with your Sanders Pro Distributors purchase and wish to discuss
it for any reason, please contact us

Billiard Tips:
Q. How high should I hang my billiard light over my table?
A. If you are installing your light with your table already
in place, the light should be 34” from the table surface
to the bottom rim of the shade. If you are installing the
light before the table is in place, the light should be 64”
from the floor to the bottom rim of the shade. These are minimum
height requirements.

Q. How high should I hang my dartboard and where do I throw from?
A. A dartboard should be hung 5’ 8” from the centre
of the bull to the floor. The throw line (or toe line/hockey
line) should be 7’ 9 ¼ “ from edge of the
board.

Q. How do I know when to replace the rubber on the rails?
A. If you bounce a pool ball along the rail and it doesn’t
spring back, your rails could be “dead”. You may
need to replace the rubber that runs along the rails, beneath
the cloth.
